Samsung and/or Quietside Authorized Distributors:

Q. I am an authorized dealer of your product(s). I need some pricing information. Who do I call?
A. Please contact your sales representative. The list can be found on the “Store Locator” page.
Q. I need to find out the shipping cost and/or a tracking number of an order. Who do I call?
A. For the west coast, please call Michelle (ext. 221) or Elsa (ext. 234) at 888-699-6067. For the east coast, please call 866-243-6498 and ask for Bobbi or Yong.
Q. I am out of literature. Who can I call to get some more sent to me?
A. For west coast please call Elsa (888-699-6067 ext. 234) and for the east coast, please contact Golden or Lee (866-243-6498).
Q. I have a warranty issue. Who do I call?
A. Please contact Bobbi, our warranty administrator at 866-243-6498.
Q. I need to talk to someone over there about my account/invoice issues/credit info. Who do I call?

Q. I installed one of your systems and I need some technical assistance. Who do I call?
A. For the west coast office, please call 888-699-6067 or use the options on the left side of this page.
Q. I need to find a distributor who sells your equipment and/or parts. How do I find this information?
A. Please go to our “Store Locator” section and enter your zip code for the nearest distributor. If you need additional help, contact your sales rep (list is in the “Store Locator” page).
Q. I’m waiting for a warranty part. Who can help me track it?
A. Please contact Bobbi at 866-243-6498.
Q. I noticed you will be offering a training course in my area. Who do I contact for more information?
A. Please contact either John Miles (johnm@quietside.com) or Denis Dum at (denisd@quietside.com). .
Q. I need to know if a product is still under warranty. Who can help me?
A. Please contact our technical support team for assistance.
Q. My local dealer no longer carries your products. Who do I call?
A. Please refer to the “Store Locator” page for assistance. You can also refer to the sales rep list in the “Store Locator” page of this website and call your rep for additional distributors in your area.
Q. Do you offer labor allowance on your warranties?
A. Please refer to the “Online Warranty” section located in our “Support” page for detailed warranty information. Or, feel free to contact our tech support staff for help.

Home Owner/ End User:

Q. I am a home owner. How do I go about buying a product found on this site?
A. Please go to the “Store Locator” page on this website and enter your zip code to find the nearest contractor. You must go through a lproperly icensed contractor to install one of our products. If you require additional assistance, please view our “list of sales reps” and call the sales representative who covers your state.
Q. I am a contractor. How do I find the nearest dealer for your products?
A. Please go to the “Store Locator” page and enter your zip code to find the neares distributor. If you need additional help, refer to the sales rep sheet and find your representative.
Q. My Samsung/Quietside AC or Quietside Water Heater does not work anymore. What do I do?
A. Please contact the installer (contractor) and have him go through the warranty process. First, if the product is still under warranty, he can contact the distributor he purchased it from and they will fill out a warranty claim form. Once the claim has been filed and processed, we will send out the warrantied part.
Q. It turns out my product is no longer under warranty. What do I do?
A. Your installer (contractor) will have to go to either the distributor he purchased the system from, or any authorized distributor and purchase the correct part.
Q. My original installer is no longer in business. What do I do?
A. Please go to our “Store Locator” page and look up your sales rep for your area for assistance.
Q. I lost my users manual. Where can I get a copy?
A. If it’s a current system that we sell, you can find it in our “Products” section. The manual is in a .pdf format and can be downloaded. If it’s an older system, please go to the “Support” section, under “Download Manuals/Submittals - Previous Models” and find your model number.
Q. My system is not working properly. Who do I call?
A. Your first point of contact should be your installer (contractor). If they cannot help, please contact us.
