Online Warranty Claim

• File a warranty claim form online and submit automatically to the warranty department.

Live Support/ Trouble Ticket

For your convenience, you can contact our Live Support team during available business hours. If our online support team is unavailable you will be automatically directed to where you can fill out a trouble ticket and have it submitted automatically to our technical support department. A Quietside technician will do their best to reply back within 1 business day.

RMA Product Return

Instructions for returning an item for credit:

• Obtain the purchase order number the part was purchased on and identify part number to be returned.
• Contact Elsa at 562-699-6066 ext. 234 for an RMA number.
• Once you receive the RMA number from Elsa, ship back part to originating point of shipment.
• Keep record of tracking number (your tracking number, not original).

Once part is received in original conditioning and packaging, credit will be issued to the account from which it was purchased.

Credit Application for New Account

Instructions for applying for credit/new account:

• Print and fill out the Authorization to Release Information form.
• Fill out both the Credit Application and the Blank Resale Certificate Form and submit online (no need to print these 2 documents out, you can fill out the forms directly online).
• Please be sure to include your email address in the appropriate box so you can receive a copy of each application.
